About the Position

Merixcen is looking for a motivated, organized, and personable Appointment Setter to join our Charlotte team. This position supports daily customer engagement by communicating with prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs, and coordinating appointment schedules.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing customers to coordinate appointments.
• Introduce company services and provide general information.
• Identify customer needs and determine appropriate appointment options.
• Schedule and confirm appointments according to established procedures.
• Maintain organized appointment schedules.
• Follow up on appointment requests when needed.
• Follow established customer communication guidelines.
• Work toward daily scheduling and service goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
