Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and organizing event spaces.
• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Help with event setup and breakdown activities.
• Organize event materials and supplies.
• Provide general information and directions to attendees.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Follow event schedules and instructions from supervisors.
• Support team members with assigned event responsibilities.
